His unique design style combines splatter painting, screen-printing, squeegee art, and graphic design into an organized chaos, much like our technological, chaotic world.
He creates, documents and relives history. Almarinez is inspired by his life experiences. When he is drawn to something, he researches that subject. He digs into its history, like reading a book and then describing his take on what he has seen, heard and read.

My work contemplates fundamental things such as our basic need to provide for ourselves; our desire for
home, belonging, and connection; and our being a small temporary part of the natural world’s continuum.
These thoughts take shape in images and objects that combine simple representations, layered
abstractions, and plain-spoken materials
